Join a CCW small group:

* Visit the Group Life Kiosk at CCW
(Our Conection team will assist you; paper brochures & lists available).
* Come to the next Foundations Class. This series will launch you into a great Group Life experience.
* Click HERE if you are interested in joining a CCW small group or becoming a small group leader.

Please download and print a paper copy of the form. Fill it out. Bring it to the Group Life Kiosk at CCW during your next visit. |

The term "LifeGroup" is obsolete as of 2009...
...but the term coincides with our new small group ministry name...Group Life.
