The Foundations Series

The Foundations Series is for anyone who desires a better understanding of our mission:  Following Christ by loving God, loving others and serving the world. Everyone is encouraged to complete Foundations 1 to become a member of CCW.

Foundations 1:  What We Believe 
Location: Building D
Dave Pardue
Next Class: Sunday, August 22; 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Brunch served during the class.
Description: Overview of our mission, history, beliefs and salvation. Lunch and childcare are provided. Click here to register online.          

 
Foundations 2-4

Location: Building A-130
Each class is approximately 1 ½ hrs long per week
It is the desire of the leadership that everyone completes Foundations 2 – 4.

Foundations 2: Love God (June 27, July 4, 11) & (September 19, 26 & Oct. 3)                                            

Foundations 3: Love Others (July 18, 25 and August 1) & (Oct. 10, 17, 24)

Foundations 4: Serve the World (August 8, 15, 22) & (Oct. 31, Nov. 7 & 14)


Discovering Discipleship

Description: A disciple is one who learns to live the life ot the Master and teaches others how to do the same. As Christians our Master is Jesus Christ. Join us as we discover what being a disciple of Christ truly looks like.


Journey Into the Kingdom
Location:
Building A119
Bob and Pat Pollitt
Description: A discussion of spiritual growth from faith to obedient servanthood. In this topical Bible study, we share our steps along our journey with Christ. Beginning with our first steps until now, discover these areas we need to grow as disciples and servants of the King.

Christian Commitment in Today's World

Description:  Genuine, long-term commitment seems to be rare today. Church-hopping has replaced long-term membership. Some Christians are experimenting with non-Christian forms of spiritual fulfillment. Those who are tempted by this kind of thinking will especially benefit from this quarter's lessons.
