It all started when I was born in Indianapolis, IN, at the age of zero. I was adopted into a family of God-fearing individuals. We moved to Florida in the early '80s to take care of our Grandparents. I participated in a life changing youth group at First Christian Church of Bayonet Point where I met the woman of my dreams.

After several years of rejection, Kara was finally convinced that I was the love of her life. Kara and I were united before God and friends in the waning hours of 1995. Additions were made to the family in 1998, 2001, and 2003. The Jacobs Five now consists of Brody (8), Brady (5), and Bryly (3).

I was a Exceptional Student Education teacher in Hernando County preceding my hiring as the Youth and Family Minister at CCW. A Bachelor's degree was attained from the University of South Florida in the area of Special Education.
